Just a reminder for the season.
Please stay off the lakes. Too many little creeks feed in and leave open water or thin
ice. Too often the ice is poor quality. The water is cold and can
be deep. Several sleds go through the ice every season. We
want everybody to enjoy snowmobiling for a long time. We do not want
another Superbowl Sunday like January 24th, 1992 when three perished one dark
evening on Chautauqua Lake.
