CLSC trails are open at this time in good condition. We received around 8 inches of heavy snow overnight that will form to a nice base. Warm weather is in the forecast so get out and ride while you have time and enjoy the new snowfall! This weekend’s events at the fairgrounds have been canceled due to the warm weather on the way. Stay right, Stay between the stakes, Stay safe!

CLSC trails are now open, please use caution as this is the first ride after building base. Not all clubs in the area are open so check before you ride. More snow is on the way tonight so trails should improve with more snow. Trail 52 is closed only from panama state forest to Busti, low snow there but coming down tonight. Also 48a closed near French creek, Use caution everywhere especially around pine junction as there is a culvert washed out. Stay between the stakes and don't forget to go check out Mayville winter festival this weekend.

Update as of Friday 1/29, CLSC trails are open, but will close at midnight Saturday Night 1/30. Sunday all trails will be closed in Chautauqua County. We received enough snow to open temporarily. LIMITATIONS include S-52 Busti trail is closed due to lack of snow. S-48 closed due to logging. C-4B Brocton trail is limited local access only. Clymer/French Creek area may not have received as much snowfall. Be aware that conditions may deteriorate quickly. Respect our Landowners and ride between the stakes !

Due to the warm weather and rain on the way trails are closed at this time. We will reopen as soon as conditions allow. Please respect the trail system and stay off the trails until they reopen.

Trails are open at this time but will close tonight at 11:59PM. Due to the warm weather and rain on the way we are closing trails. Please respect the trail system and enjoy riding tonight prior to their closing.

As of right now trails are pretty smooth ahead of a little warmup coming this week with rain in the forecast. We will reopen the trails as conditions allow.

We’d like to thank everyone that took the time to show up to the pancake breakfast and those who put the effort into hosting. If the trails are still open next week we hope you stop in for our spaghetti dinner.

STAY BETWEEN THE STAKES: We are about to get a section of C-4 Hartfield trail SHUT DOWN because riders cannot follow simple instructions to stay between the stakes. Double stakes are there to ensure minimal damage happens to a landowners land. These stakes are not simply a guideline as to where the trail goes. There are there to keep snowmobiles within a specific location on the landowners property. Ride between the stakes or stay home it’s that simple, please spread the word.

TRAILS OPEN – Trails are open at this time but use caution until we are able to build up a good base.Temperatures are forecast to warm up on Sunday please watch for trail updates.
